Required Customer Acknowledgement
Photos must be added after checkout to complete your order. If photos do not get added and finalized by the customer, Spud cannot be fulfilled and your order will be refunded after 7 days.

How do I add photos to Spud?
Photos are added to your Spud after you checkout. You will receive a setup link via email and on the setup page.
Add photos, review them, preview them on a virtual Spud, then submit your photos to finalize your order. After we receive your photos, we create your Spud and ship it to you.
Are the photos I select for my Spud permanent?
Yes! The Spud is simple and straightforward. Add your photos once, and avoid all the headache of switching them later. It’s an old school, analog way to enjoy photo display of your favorite memories.
After I add photos, when will I get my order?
Building your spud takes 2 business days. We ship USPS Ground Advantage. After your order is fulfilled, your order can take 3-5 business days to reach you.
Remember: Check your email or log into your memoryspud.com account in top right to view your orders and any pending Spuds that still need photos.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured locally by hand on site in Salt Lake City Utah. Parts are sourced globally and assembled at our store.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is included in the price of Spud. We are only shipping to domestic United States at this time.
